Course Introduction ›

"Why don't employees do what they are supposed to do?"

"High staff turnover in team / department."

"I am not respected in my team / department."

"Resigned due to inability to get along with immediate supervisors"

These are common situations in most organisations. In most cases, these situations occurred because of poor people management. Employers are hiring the best people and putting them on the job with minimum management effort, or so they thought that's the right strategy, found their performances / workplace situations unsatisfactory.

Managing an employee's performance must be an on-going process. Subordinates need to be coached, motivated, rewarded, disciplined, counseled, listened to, their efforts / good performance monitored and recognized. There is a direct cause-effect relationship between a Manager's / Superior's actions and a subordinate's performance. Managers have to break through those blocks, energise and synergize the team, prevent staff burnout, and communicate with power and ease.

This training is also essential to employees who have been promoted to the roles of managers or supervisors without first acquiring the necessary skills required by these roles.

This training focuses on OBSERVE, DIRECT and for ACHIEVING WORTHWHILE RESULTS.
