Overview

People possess all the necessary skills and requirements for success. However many people find it difficult to tap in and fully utilize their potential due to dysfunctional beliefs, passive attitudes and lack of skills.

This Supervisory Development Excellence Program provides practices and insights that enable you to be more effective in managing “all aspects of your life”. You experience a new kind of learning that helps you in leading a more meaningful, satisfying and powerful life, by getting you to understand and focus on those aspects that matter the most to you.

Course Objectives

This program focuses on enabling participants to enhance their perspectives on life, drop self limiting beliefs, become more confident, manage time properly and communicate effectively.

Course Outline

DAY 1

One to one session with participants

To gauge their levels of individual strengths and weakness as well as identify key areas of leadership traits possessed by individuals

DAY 2

Pre review with Immediate Supervisor

To share the outcome of session with participants and get input from immediate supervisor

DAY 3 & 4

Workshop 1: Effective Communication Skills and Art of Influencing Others

To provide skills and tools for participants in communication for the interpersonal as well as corporate excellence

DAY 5

Assignment 1

To evaluate the participants’ knowledge and understanding in regards to workshop 1 and the application to workplace

DAY 6

Coaching 1 – 1

To provide opportunity for participants to meet Consultant to share the challenges faced in regards to workplace in relation to workshop 1 and how this can be achieved in real live situation

DAY 7 & 8

Workshop 2 : Creative and Analytical Problem Solving Skills

To provide skills and tools for participants in problem solving and using the right approach for best outcomes at workplace

DAY 9

Assignment 2

To evaluate the participants’ knowledge and understanding in regards to workshop 2 and the application to workplace

DAY 10

Coaching 1 - 1

To provide opportunity for participants to meet Consultant to share the challenges faced in regards to workplace in relation to workshop 2 and how this can be achieved in real live situation

DAY 11 & 12

Workshop 3 : Effective Supervisory Skills & Management

To provide participants with the right leadership tools as a supervisor to ensure that they develop effective skills at workplace in managing subordinates and teams

DAY 13

Assignment 3

To evaluate the participants’ knowledge and understanding in regards to workshop 3 and the application to workplace

DAY 14

Coaching 1-1

To provide opportunity for participants to meet Consultant to share the challenges faced in regards to workplace in relation to workshop 3 and how this can be achieved in real live situation

DAY 15 & 16

Workshop 4 : Managing Team & Subordinates and Leading Change for Highest Productivity

To teach participants on how to lead their teams as well as subordinates as well as to lead changes for the highest productivity of the organization

DAY 17

Assignment 4

To evaluate the participants’ knowledge and understanding in regards to workshop 3 and the application to workplace

DAY 18

Coaching 1-1

To provide opportunity for participants to meet Consultant to share the challenges faced in regards to workplace in relation to workshop 4 and how this can be achieved in real live situation

DAY 19 & 20

Workshop 5 : Managing Stress and Bridging Generation Gap at Workplace

To teach participants on how to deal with stress as well as identify the needs of different generations at workplace to allow best approach in dealing with others

DAY 21

Assignment 5

To evaluate the participants’ knowledge and understanding in regards to workshop 5 and the application to workplace

DAY 22

Coaching 1 - 1

To provide opportunity for participants to meet Consultant to share the challenges faced in regards to workplace in relation to workshop 5 and how this can be achieved in real live situation

DAY 23 & 24

Workshop 6 : Power Pack Business Presentation Skills

To equip participants with the right tools in delivering good business presentation skills as well as improvising on their public speaking abilities

DAY 25

Assignment 6

To evaluate the participants’ knowledge and understanding in regards to workshop 6 and the application to workplace

DAY 26

Coaching 1 - 1

To provide opportunity for participants to meet Consultant to share the challenges faced in regards to workplace in relation to workshop 6 and how this can be achieved in real live situation

DAY 27 & 28

Workshop 7 : Effective Conflict and Performance Management

To teach participants with effective tools in conflict and performance management in overcoming issues as well as raising standards in performance at workplace

DAY 29

Assignment 7

To evaluate the participants’ knowledge and understanding in regards to workshop 7 and the application to workplace

DAY 30

Coaching 1 - 1

To provide opportunity for participants to meet Consultant to share the challenges faced in regards to workplace in relation to workshop 7 and how this can be achieved in real live situation

DAY 31 & 32

Workshop 8 : Handling Challenging Situations and Enhancing Corporate Excellence

To teach participants on how to deal with challenging situations and what are the strategies that have to be used to deal with these situations. This session will also look at processes in enhancing corporate excellence at workplace

DAY 33

Assignment 8

To evaluate the participants’ knowledge and understanding in regards to workshop 8 and the application to workplace

DAY 34

Coaching 1 - 1

To provide opportunity for participants to meet Consultant to share the challenges faced in regards to workplace in relation to workshop 7 and how this can be achieved in real live situation

DAY 35

Post Evaluation with Immediate Supervisors/Managers

To assess the progress of participants with their respective supervisors on performances at workplace and revisiting their key weak areas.
