Course Introduction ›

Failure to pay promptly and collection of overdue accounts are very common problems for businesses especially in bad times. To deal with this problem effectively while maintaining relationships with the clients at the same time need strong communication skills. One of the principal methods of collecting money is through letter or email writing. If the message in the email or letter is clear and purposeful, you are likely to get the results you want. But when messages require further exchanges to explain the original message, time is wasted. Good writing need not be difficult and it is a skill that can be developed with practice.
