Course Introduction ›

This 2-days training program provides newly appointed managers with effective strategies in enhancing their communication competencies thus enabling them to persuade, influence and impress other parties during any interactions. Participants will learn powerful practical strategies in demonstrating effective communication through building of rapport and influencing others by applying the concepts of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).

NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), a modern groundbreaking communication psychology based on modelling behavioural excellence developed by Dr Richard Bandler and Professor John Grinder of University of California, Santa Cruz in the late 1970s. NLP provides a framework for modelling and creating behavioural excellence based on Neuro (human neurological channels), Linguistic (language patterns), and Programming (subjective experiences).

Upon completion of this program, the participants should be able to:

  • Master the art of effective communication skills and create an impactful impression when interacting with others
  • Understand the impact of behavioural elements, personality traits, thinking preferences and emotional qualities when interacting with all levels of people
  • Persuade and convince others by demonstrating tact, diplomacy, professionalism, composure, confidence sensitivity, focus and win-win mindset
  • Present compelling arguments, thus leading other parties to a mutually beneficial agreement by using the right influencing strategies and language
