Many believe that leadership excellence can only be achieved by selecting the right management style which is ultimately contingent on the level of the followers' readiness. This 2-days training aims to provide participants with an in-depth practical awareness and strategies in enhancing their management competencies.

This program focuses on the SLT (Situational Leadership Theory) which was originally developed by Paul Hersey and Ken Blanchard and provides a practical application framework that could be effectively used at the participants' workplace. Through carefully designed lecture cum workshop, leadership action games and reflection sessions, this workshop will provide all the necessary ingredients to the participants in becoming a successful leader at their respective workplace.
