The Avengers Initiative Team Building program is a thematic 3 Days and 2 Nights program designed to bring out “The Super Hero’s attitude” within individuals and to align the “The Super Heroes” towards a “Greater Cause” based on the Vision, Mission and Values of the company.

Course Objectives ›

At the end of this team-building program, participants should be able to:

  • Be aware of the of companies culture
  • Be aware of the companies Direction (Vision, Mission & Values)
  • Instill professional work culture
  • Enhance Teamwork & Communication
  • Developed a "Super Hero Attitude" in creating results
  • Developed a "Super Team" that works for a "Greater Cause"

DAY 1

Program Introduction & Icebreakers

  • Introduction to program content & context
  • Introduction to agenda & Avenger Initiative
  • Introduction to facilitating team & rapport building
  • 3 Icebreaking activities
  • Introduction to Experiential Learning ¡V Triple H
  • How to create value in the program

Team Formation

  • Team Allocation
  • Team to Create Name, Flag & Cheer Based on The Super Hero's Character
  • Team to Present Their Results at The End of The Program
  • Facilitators to Introduce Mission Objective, Cause & Effect
DAY 2

Energizer & Morning Warm Up

  • Participants to be involved in 2 Energizer Activity to start the morning session
  • Regroup into Team to Discuss Objective for the day session

The Avengers Profiling Tool for Consultative Selling

  • The Profiling Tool for Consultative Selling is a modified version of the famous DISC Behavior Profiling Tool where the participants will learn on how to use the profiling tools to developed their consultative selling skills
  • Participants will learn the art of relating to client through the profiling tool
  • The 4 Behaviors are, Dominant - Thor, Influence - Iron Man, Support - Captain America, and Compliance - Incredible Hulk.
  • The session is also created as a Tool for the Super Heroes to identify their strength & limitation in overcoming "Enemy Obstacles"

The 5C of an Effective "SUPER TEAM"

  • Facilitator to Introduce to Concept of 5C in creating a "SUPER TEAM".
  • The 5C (Clarity, Commitment, Communication, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement) is the Secret Formula for most Winning Team
  • After the Introduction to The Concept, Participants will be involved in an "Experiential Activity" called the Number Punch
  • The Number Punch focuses on how team can work together in delivering results by using the 5C

The Threat of Nation (Outdoor)

The Threat of Nation is a customized outdoor initiative that will require the "SUPER HEROES" to come together to overcome the threat from an alien invasion. The Avengers Super Team will need to work together to find the final location and whereabouts of the "Tessaract" that will save the human existence from extinction.

DAY 3

Energizer & Morning Warm Up

  • Participants to be involved in 1 Energizer Activity to start the morning session
  • Regroup into Team to Discuss Objective for the day session

5C Revisit & Reflection

  • Participants to reflect back on the outdoor activity from yesterday and to include and update the Management

Team on the 5C concept

  • After the Discussion Session, All participants will be involved in a Experiential Activity called Corner to Corner
  • Corner-to-Corner is an Indoor Initiative that will require all participants to apply the 5C and a Win-Win Concept.

Final Debrief & Acknowledgement
