Course Introduction ›

The procurement team negotiates in order to get a more favourable term from the vendor. However, due to lack of negotiation skills, results are often sub-optimal and second best. Therefore, there is a need for an enhancement of negotiation skills so that the most optimal result can be achieved

This course has been specially formulated to incorporate Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) concepts and psychomotor elements to enhance negotiation skills and how to use tricks and lessons from NLP to negotiate more effectively. These skills will complement traditional negotiation skills which the participant may already possess such as BATNA and ZOPA.

Through the application of these elements, the participant will have a bigger negotiation repertoire on hand which can guarantee a better outcome so that every time the participant enters the negotiation warzone, the participant can confidently emerge as the victor!
