    • Missions - what we need to excel in
  • Plan, manage and execute with SMART goals in mind
    • S - determine STRATEGIC goals towards missions and vision accomplishment
    • M - foster MOTIVATION among the workforce towards enforcement of strategic goals
    • A - establish AGREEMENT with the workforce on strategic goals
    • R - sustain RELEVANCY of established strategic goals
    • T - ensure TRACKABILITY of strategic goals

The FOUR (4) angles of launching the strategy into motion

  • Determine the OPPORTUNITIES and establish trackable actions to capitalise identified opportunities
  • Assess the THREATS and establish trackable actions to manage potential setbacks
  • Identify STRENGTHS and establish trackable actions to sustain effectiveness and efficiency
