I'MTP Population & Competition Control Policy

I'MTP Population & Competition Control Policy

Revision: 4.1 • Last Updated: 06 Nov 2015
  1. Maximum 10 member slots per training category, e.g. 10 slots for Soft Skills, 10 slots for Manufacturing Operations and so on. However, existing members who never before offering certain category of training courses can still offer them later even though all the 10 member slots have been fully occupied.
  2. New members must at least major in one vacant category with minimum TEN (10) courses to offer in that category. After having that 10 courses submitted and published, then only new courses can be submitted for other categories.
  3. Members can occupy more than one category but only ONE (1) slot per category by having minimum FIVE (5) courses published in that particular category. In the event if members remove their courses until their total number of courses in that training category falls below five, that particular category will be released and become vacant again.
  4. When 10 out of 10 category slots have been fully occupied, existing members who later met the slot reservation conditions will be recorded and priority will be given to them whenever the slot has become available again. This will be in first-come-first-serve basis based on their date of achievement.
  5. Occupied training category slots will be also released and made available again when the I'MTP account of the occupant has been terminated or closed.
  6. The final decision on course category assignment is subject to MalaysiaTraining.net proprietary definition and judgement for the effectiveness of its marketing strategies. All members are required to follow and adhere to the said MalaysiaTraining.net proprietary definition for the classification and assignment of course category.
  7. The policy and any of the above statements may subject to change for future improvements, business optimizations, and abuse preventions.
