Introduction

Project Management planning is an advanced course in project management. It aims to provide the participants with a deeper understanding of the importance of and benefits of undertaking a detailed planning on various aspects of any project prior to and during execution of projects.

Course Objectives

The terminal objective of this program is that the participants will be able to independently organize and integrate planning activities required to ensure projects are undertaken as planned. Essentially they will be able to have an overview of key deliverables required and develop a structured plan covering key areas related to project management.

At the end of the program the participants will be able to:

  3. Complete and interpret work estimates
  4. Identify the appropriate resources needed a project
  5. Build a project schedule
  6. Estimate and interpret project costs

  9. Complete and interpret a project plan
