Introduction
Peter Drucker believed that every organization not just business, needs one core competence - innovation and creativity. We believe that:
- Everyone should be involved in finding and implementing innovative and creative ideas and
- Innovative and creative thinking can be taught and improved with practice
Our approach to innovation management is unique in that we combine the three important components of Innovation: Creative Thinking, Strategic Thinking and Transformational Thinking.
Strategic Thinking - determining which creative idea will add the most value
Transformational Thinking - the "human side" of innovation; gaining commitment and support for your ideas
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this program, participants should be able to:
- Increase your awareness of and develop a common understanding of the key concepts of creativity and innovation management;
- Apply the practical creative innovation tools and techniques presented in the workshop to enhance your understanding and skills in the key areas of creative thinking, strategic thinking and transformational thinking;
- Gain a greater awareness of how you can enhance collaborative creative and innovative among your own work group as well as across your organization
- Develop an action plan to enhance your own creative and innovative contribution
