Course Introduction ›

Individuals, coming from different background and culture setup, are brought together to accomplish a common goal - defending our tribe against others (competitors) to achieve the competitive edge of the industry. As such, individual are not "lone warriors" but are build up to become an effective tribe.

Course Objectives ›

Leaders/Managers not only working together to achieve tribal (company) success, they will build up their own tribe (own Department) to expand network and cooperate with other tribes (other departments) to achieve the common goal as mentioned earlier.

Course Outline ›


Stage 1: Unblocking barriers (Coming together is beginning)

  • Removing barriers - we must first know each other within our tribe then leveraging on each other's strength to move forward and higher. Find out what's working for us and what's not
  • Objective: Setting the goal to change mindset from "I'm great, you are not" to achieve "We are great".
  • Activities:
    1. Do you know Me?
    2. Trust formation

Stage 2: Building the Network (Keeping together is progress)

  • Objective: Moving towards Value-based relationship between each other. Projecting the "We can Do, We want to Do" to make our tribe proud.
  • Activities: Structure building activities

Stage 3: Achieving Tribal Success (Working together is Success)

  • Objective: Taking ownership of responsibilities together as a tribe (dissolving all teams to form a large team to complete some challenges (obstacle races)
  • Activity: Avatar Toruk Challenge

  1. Energising experiential learning activities to achieve the Course Objective:
    • Identify strength of individual and team
    • Motivating personal responsibility
    • Building leadership accountability
    • Identifying leadership potentiality
    • Improving Communication to enhance working relationship
  2. Debriefing on activities for learning and application
  3. Group Discussion and sharing personal experience on the activities
  4. Reflection, Action Plan and Commitment to build winning Team
  5. Team Appreciation Card for Team Affirmation
