The important role of purchasing management is to support business organization objective and ensure the company purchasing function are well managed with strong support from external and internal parties. There is no doubt that this single business process is one of the most important functions in any business organization.

The impact and effect of purchasing in business organization is very significantly affecting the business profitability and overall business efficiency. Ineffective control, planning and execution can make the profitability of many businesses suffers with losses. Mismanaging suppliers can have negative impact of business bottom-line too.

In view of this, we hereby organize a 2-day training event to provide training and brainstorming platform for participants to gained knowledge and exchange views on this issue.
