Whether is leader made or born, we all have certain leadership qualities ingrained inside us. However, it requires the individual to polish and surface so it is transmitted into an inspiration that motivate people.

This workshop covers the essential content in developing the leader from inner self with qualities to deliver results and manage teams. The program is highly inter-active with comprehensive leadership development program that is based on practical and scientific researchers.

DAY 1

Session 1: Mutual understanding and illuminating

This is to involve the participants in getting to know each other and the facilitator well, and over viewing the subjects that will be taught along with a look at the stages of learning that the participants can expect to go through.

In addition, in an attempt to set up the training that is to follow properly, participants are then engaged in a conversation and discussion related to the difficulties they face caused by various reasons.

Session 2: Intrapersonal and Interpersonal effectiveness - Self Awareness

  • Leadership assessment
  • The corporate dilemma game - requires a lot of space
  • The five levels of leadership assessments

Session 3: Lead to Manage: effective leadership, its essences, key factors, and competences

At this point, the participants are introduced to the essences, key factors, and competences of Effective Leadership, and the differences between Management and Leadership.

Session 4: The real reasons for employees' poor performance

There will always be poor performing employees in organizations. However, there are many reasons for that. This session explains the major factors that create employees poor performance and suggestions to fix them.

DAY 2

Session 5: Avoiding the leaders' / managers mistakes

Intentionally or unintentionally, managers do mistakes. These mistakes create low morale and de-motivate the subordinates, thus, creating poor performance, low productivity, and high turnover. This session will help the participants understand these mistakes, and learn how to avoid them.

Session 6: Creating a Motivating Working Environment - Positive Inner Work Life

Being motivated has been an essential component in the success process of any kind. Being motivated is to be determined, focused, committed, and full of passion to achieve the desired goals.

We often hear managers and executives mention that their employees are not motivated to work. The question here, and it is the most important one, is, why?

This session is designed so that participants will understand the definition, key concepts and the reasons for the lack of motivation at work.

It includes:

  • What is Motivation?
  • What Creates the Lack of Motivation at Work?
  • Understanding motivation and the ABC management
  • Internal and External Motivators
  • How to Increase Employees Internal Motivation Level

Session 7: Building, leading and maintaining high performance teams and preparing them for advancement or promotion into more challenging roles in the organization.
