Based on the statistics of Malaysia for labour force, our Gen Y is made up about 50% of the workforce population. They are the fastest growing segment and they will eventually assume senior positions in the corporate.

However, there are so much complains made towards this generation of people. Many senior management are lost in dealing and communicating with them. How come they are different?

This workshop strives to deal with the issues, challenges and myths about Gen Y. We have conducted research on our Malaysian Gen Ys; their similarities, differences and expectations with other generations. Organizations which can quickly adapt and internalize the characteristics of Gen Y workforce will capture a major advantage in the sourcing, attracting and retaining them.
